Weekend workshops/ Basic Level
The workshop is addressed to practitioners of little or more experience in massage of any kind as an introduction into ThaiBodywork. It benefits anyone who is interested in facilitating people in their healing process, providing comfort through mindful massage.
It is required a certain degree of flexibility of ones own body, as the work is performed on the floor.
Contents of the workshop:
- Understanding touching and sensing
- Information about main energy lines in the body (SEN) and their location
- Introduction in basic massage techniques, based on ThaiMassage to warm
up the muscular system
- How to use ones own body mechanics to avoid strain for the facilitator
After completing the workshop the participant will be able to give a massage of 90 minutes. The workshop is designed for 12 hours.
5 days workshop/Basic Level
The course is addressed to practitioners that already have some experience in massage of any kind and a basic understanding in its application. The course offers an additional tool for those with professional practice in bodywork (e.g. physiotherapists, naturopaths etc.) and for those who are facilitating people on their healing process.
It is necessary to have a certain degree of flexibility with one's own body, as the work is performed on the floor.
Contents of the workshop:
- Stretches and warm ups for the facilitator
- understanding touching and sensing
- How to use body mechanics to avoid strain for the facilitator
- Theory and practical approach to the energy lines of the body that are relevant for ThaiBodywork
- therapeutic approach of ThaiBodywork
- Practice of techniques and movements that compose a sequence of a 90 min.

The classes are limited to max. 10 and min. 2 participants.
Workshops are build on request. Therefore they grow with demand. Even if there isn't a workshop scheduled so far that suits your request of time and place, it is possible to arrange and design one.
